Minhas is working with a goal of perfection and uniqueness and we have deep market study to capture every section. Along with our other promotional strategies, we have conducted Plumber conventions throughout Pakistan to acknowledge the efforts of plumbers and to educate them about the benefits of PPRC products.
MTTP:
Being the Pioneer in Pakistan we had to be the torch bearer in plastic pipes and fittings industry. Accepting the responsibility, we started technical training for plumbers in 2001, being conducted as Minhas Technical Training Program (MTTP) across Pakistan. In this program, the plumbers are taught and trained about PPRC products, material, its advantages, usage and precautionary measures.
Till now we have conducted more than 140 programs in almost 120 cities of Pakistan and have given training to 8167 plumbers across Pakistan.
MPTP:
Minhas is actively involved in training its marketing and admin team with new and emerging market trends and tactics since many years. In this regard, Minhas Professional Training Program (MPTP) was launched in 2015. In 2017, the scope of this program was extended to train the salesmen/sales managers across Pakistan. The purpose is to move on in industry with a team that is smart enough to tackle the issues and intelligent enough to play the most demanding role. Till now, nine professional training programs have been conducted at Minhas which have been instructed by external professionals from Islamabad, Lahore, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi.
MIP:
To assist in the research and academic activities of students, Minhas has started Minhas Internship Program to facilitate the students in their academic need and requirement of studies (regarding this field).
Informative educational and Industrial visits of students for various institutes including UET, Punjab University, TEVTA, VTI’s, Swedish Technical Training Institute etc visit Minhas time to time. MOU with UET has already been signed for facilitating the students every year for internship need. Further, we are planning to sign MOU’s with other universities to promote education and play our due role.
MOU WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES:
Minhas has signed MOU with UET Lahore for donating the machinery and instruments for educational need of technical students. We are further planning to sign MOU with some other institutes to sponsor the students in their research thesis.

SEMINAR ON CLEAN WATER:
At MINHAS, we value our environment and the Corporate Social Responsibility we owe towards our environment. And to fulfill our due obligation towards the environment, we have conducted various seminars on Clean Water Supply and Healthy Water.
In this regard, the first seminar conducted was on “Clean water Healthy Life” conducted on June 20, 2009 at Emerald Hall, PC Hotel, Lahore, Pakistan, in collaboration with Minhas Pipes and Fittings & Mir. Khalil-ur-Rehman Memorial Society. The other seminar conducted was on “Invention of best Water Supply system forms the basis of Healthy Life” conducted on November 30, 2013 in Auditorium all, Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce. Another seminar conducted was on Nature for Water sponsored by Minhas Pipe at Ambassador Hotel Lahore on March 27, 2018.
TRAFFIC LAWS AND AWARENESS SEMINAR:
Considering our due diligence to keep the people of Pakistan safe and healthy, Minhas has conducted a seminar on Traffic Safety Awareness. The purpose of seminar was to share the traffic rules and laws and safety measures and how to have a safe drive while on road. Chief Traffic Officer Gujranwala addressed the audience and his team shared the most important rules to follow and the benefit of wearing safety helmets. Owning the responsibility, Minhas donated helmets to Traffic Wardens Gujranwala.
TREE PLANTATION:
Keeping our country clean and green is our top priority. We have been actively participating in Tree Plantation mission every year and till now, hundreds of plants been planted across Gujranwala.
